I have been working with diverse companies and individuals for more than 25 years.
I practise in English and German.
My coaching is based on the principles of gestalt therapy, which emphasizes on awareness and contact in the present moment.

Gestalt coaching concentrates on the experience of the client in the here-and-now rather than their discussion of the there-and-then, since all experience, including that of remembering, happens only in the present as does all learning.

Gestalt coaching
Gestalt coaching is a unique approach to coaching that emphasizes self-awareness and goal setting. It is based on the principles of Gestalt psychology, which focuses on understanding how the individual perceives and interacts with the world around them. Through this approach, coaches help individuals identify their goals, recognize their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to reach their goals. The emphasis on self-awareness helps individuals become more mindful of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to make conscious choices that will lead them towards their desired outcomes. This process also encourages clients to take ownership of their decisions and actions in order to create lasting change in their lives. By focusing on self-awareness and goal setting, Gestalt coaching provides individuals with a path for personal growth and development.
My work
I provide individual coaching sessions of 45-50 minutes in duration each. I invite Clients from all works of life, age and cultures.
